Together these artists represent a visual history of the site, a chronicle of a community and style that it the backbone of Fecal Faces' content. Displaying paintings, illustrations, photographs and mixed media works, "The Benefit Show" offers an affordable sampling of art by sought after artists both new and old to the site. All proceeds go towards upcoming Fecal Face projects.

Say Hello To Neverending

"Say Hello To Never ending" is an exploration of the idea that things have no beginning and no end - everything is cyclical and patterns repeat themselves. Using both graphically intracate and sometimes diagrammical acrylic paintings in combination with found object installations, Foley creates a narrative about the infinite potential borne from life cycles. Her work charts the symbiotic relationship between destruction and creation by mapping a world ruled by juxtapositions; a door scorched by fire on one side, yet pristine on the other, a diagram of barren trees giving way to lush ones, dynamics within our social structure.
"Sometimes it's harder to be optimistic than others," Foley says, "The burnt door is an example of that. It came from a real fire that happened on my block. So, if you think about those people and what they lost, that is hard, but that door closing only opens another..."
